Build
Stop moving the same data between tools by hand. We connect the systems you already use and automate the work in between. No rip-and-replace.
What we build
Your team copies the same data between tools every day. It's slow, it's boring, and it's where mistakes come from. These are the projects that take that work away.
Data entry, order handling, reporting and document processing. If someone does the same steps every day, in the same order, a machine can usually do them faster and without typos.
Your e-shop, ERP, CRM, accounting and warehouse each hold part of the picture. We connect them, so an order, a stock change or a new customer is entered once and appears everywhere it should.
Assistants for internal knowledge, customer support or sales. They answer from your own documents, policies and product data, so new staff find answers without interrupting the one person who knows.
Web applications built for the way your team works, where off-the-shelf software falls short.
Systems
We work with what you already have. If a system has an API, an export or a database, we can usually connect it.
Shopify and other e-commerce platforms: orders, products, stock and customers.
SoftOne, Entersoft, Epsilon and others: invoices, stock levels, prices and customer accounts.
HubSpot, Zoho and others: contacts, deals and the history of every customer.
Invoices, payments and reconciliation, without retyping figures from one screen into another.
Stock movements, picking and shipping, kept in step with what your e-shop and ERP show.
The spreadsheet that quietly holds the business together. We connect it, or replace it when it has outgrown itself.
Choosing the approach
We don't have a favourite. We pick whatever does the job reliably at the lowest total cost, and we tell you why.
Tools like Zapier, Make and n8n are quick to set up and easy to change. They fit well when the systems involved have ready-made connectors, the volume is modest, and the logic is simple: when this happens, do that. Your team can often adjust them without us.
A custom integration makes sense when a system has no ready connector (common with ERPs), when volumes are high, when the rules are complex, or when a failure would be expensive. It costs more to build, but it can be cheaper to run, and it does exactly what your process needs.
Many companies end up with both: off-the-shelf tools for the simple flows, and a custom piece where the stakes are higher. If you want help deciding, the AI and process audit puts every option on one roadmap, with its effort and benefit.
How we build
After launch
Integrations need care. Systems update, APIs change, and your process moves on. We measure whether each change delivers what the roadmap promised, support it, and keep improving it.
Ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer. Once your data flows cleanly between systems, you can also let your team ask it questions in plain English.
We don't just advise. We design, ship and operate our own software, used every day by developers, musicians and merchants around the world.
EXPORT OrderPro, Storage Synchronizer and Stoclean automate order reporting, inventory sync and catalogue clean-up for stores worldwide. Automation and integration is what they do, every day.
A form backend for developers, with spam filtering, email delivery and a dashboard for every submission. It powers the contact form on this site.
A desktop app for musicians to create, edit and manage lyrics and chord sheets, with its own licensing service and website.
No. We connect the systems you already use. Replacing a system is sometimes the right call, but it is rarely the first one, and the roadmap will tell you if it is.
Usually, yes. If it has an API, an export or a database we can reach, we can work with it. We check this early, before you commit to a build.
No. Most of our clients don't have one. We handle the technical side and explain decisions in plain language.
Builds are quoted per project from the roadmap, so you know the cost and the expected benefit before you commit.
